The GI Cancer Awareness Monsoon Run 2026 is a community-driven initiative aimed at spreading awareness about gastrointestinal (GI) cancers while promoting health, fitness, and early detection. This run will bring together citizens, cancer survivors, families and healthcare advocates in a meaningful and engaging format.

Attire & Equipment

  • Proper running shoes are mandatory.
  • Carry rain gear as the event falls during the monsoon season.
  • No offensive, political or inappropriate clothing is permitted.

Awards & Recognition

  • Top 3 winners in each category (3 KM & 5 KM) will receive exciting prizes.
  • 10 Lucky Draw Winners will receive special gifts.

Kids Participation Policy

  • Children accompanying parents without registration will receive a wristband only.
  • They may participate informally.
  • Children must remain under parental supervision at all times.

Terms & Conditions

    • Registration is mandatory and non-transferable.
    • Please choose the event category carefully. Confirmed registrations are non-transferable and cannot be modified. Provide a valid email ID and mobile number that you access regularly, as all event communication will be sent through these.
    • Users of email services that filter messages should add info@snapgrab.in to their safe sender/address list to avoid missing important event updates.
    • Participants must carry a valid photo ID and registration confirmation while collecting their bib.
    • Participants must personally appear to collect their running bib. Bibs may be collected by another person only with written consent from the registered participant.
    • If this registration is made on behalf of a minor, the parent/guardian confirms permission for participation and accepts all event rules on behalf of the minor.
    • Event organizers reserve the right to modify the route, schedule, or cancel the event due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
    • Participants must be medically fit. Organizers shall not be liable for any illness, injury, or medical emergency occurring during the event.
    • No refunds or claims are applicable since participation is free of cost.
    • Participants must follow all instructions issued by race officials, volunteers, and event staff.
    • Use of unauthorized vehicles, bicycles, or pets during the run is strictly prohibited.
    • Participants are requested to maintain cleanliness and avoid littering at the venue.
    • Any misconduct or violation of event rules may result in disqualification.

Safety & Compliance

  • Medical aid and hydration points will be available.
  • Carry medical clearance if you have a known medical condition (cardiac, asthma, diabetes, etc.) and inform the medical team.
  • Stay hydrated, avoid running on an empty stomach, and avoid alcohol or smoking before the event.
  • Volunteers will be deployed throughout the route to assist participants.
  • Participants must follow all safety instructions at all times.

Parking Advisory

  • Parking is entirely at your own risk.
  • Please avoid keeping valuables inside your vehicle.
